271 | 463 | for a variety of reasons, including, but not limited to, fingerprint | |

274 | 466 | fingerprinted again. Applicants with fingerprints rejected for | |
275 | 467 | improper registration will be required to re-register, re-pay and be | |

277 | 469 | verifying that all data is correct in the fingerprinting process. | |
