83	83	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLA HOMA:
84	84	SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 63 O.S. 2021, Section 426.1, as
85	85	amended by Section 6, Chapter 251, O.S.L. 2022 (63 O.S. Supp. 2023,
86	86	Section 426.1), is amended to read as follows:
87	87	Section 426.1 A. All licensure revocation hearings conducted
88	88	pursuant to marijuana licenses established in the Oklahoma Statutes
89	89	shall be recorded. A party may request a copy of the recording of
90	90	the proceedings. Copies shall be provided to local law enforcement
91	91	if the revocation was based on alleged criminal activity.

143	143	B. The Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority shall assist any
144	144	law enforcement officer in the perfor mance of his or her duties upon
145	145	such request by the l aw enforcement officer or the request of other
146	146	local officials having jurisdiction. Except for license information
147	147	concerning licensed patients, as de fined in Section 427.2 of this
148	148	title, the Authority shall share information with law enforceme nt
149	149	agencies upon request without a subpoena or search warrant.
150	150	C. The Authority shall make available all information on
151	151	whether or not a medical marijuana patient or caregiver license is
152	152	valid to law enforcement electronically t hrough an online
153	153	verification system.
154	154	D. The Authority shall make available to state agencies and
155	155	political subdivisions a list of marijuana-licensed premises,
156	156	medical marijuana busi nesses or any other premises where marijuana
157	157	or its by-products are licensed to be cultivated, grown, processed,
158	158	stored or manufactured to aid state agencies and county and
159	159	municipal governments in identifying locations within their
160	160	jurisdiction and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules and
161	161	regulations.
162	162	E. Any marijuana-licensed premises, medical marijuana business
163	163	or any other premises where marijuana or its by-products are
164	164	licensed to be cultivated, grown, processed, stored or manufact ured
165	165	shall submit with its application or request to change location,
166	166	after notifying the political subdivision of its intent, a

218	218	certificate of compliance from the political subdivision where the
219	219	facility of the applicant or licensee is to be located certi fying
220	220	compliance with zoning classifications, applicable municipal
221	221	ordinances and all applicable safety, electri cal, fire, plumbing,
222	222	waste, construction and building specification codes.
223	223	Once a certificate of compliance has been submitted to the
224	224	Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority showing full compliance as
225	225	outlined in this subsection, no additional certificate of compliance
226	226	shall be required for license renewal unless if the application for
227	227	renewal is submitted with an affidavit stating the premises still
228	228	comply with zoning classifications, applicable municipal ordinances
229	229	and all applicable safety, electrical, fire, plumbing, waste,
230	230	construction and building specification c odes. The provisions of
231	231	this subsection shall not apply and a certificate of compliance
232	232	shall be submitted if a change of use or occupancy occurs, or there
233	233	is any change concerning the facility or l ocation that would, by
234	234	law, require additional inspection, licensure or permitting by the
235	235	state or municipality. Municipalities may implement an inspection
236	236	program to verify compl iance of the provisions of this subsection.
237	237	The Authority shall create a standard affidavit form as authorized
238	238	in this subsection. If an application for renewal is submitted in
239	239	violation of the provisions of this subsection or information
240	240	provided on the affidavit is in accurate or untrue, the Authority
