42	43		An Act relating to the state capitol and capitol
43	44		buildings; amending 73 O.S. 2021, Section 207, which
44	45		relates to the Oliver H odge Memorial Education
45	46		Building; directing the Office of Management
46	47		Enterprise Services to coordinate with certain
47	48		nonprofit organization; requiring display of certain
48	49		portraits and plaques ; clarifying costs to be
49	50		expended by nonprofit organiz ation; and providing an
50	51		effective date.

56	57		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
57	58		SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 73 O.S. 2021, Section 207, is
58	59		amended to read as follows:
59	60		Section 207. A. The office building to be constructed for all
60	61		functions of education by the Oklahoma Capitol Improvement Authority
61	62		under the provisions of 73 O.S. 1971, Section 168, is hereby named
62	63		and shall be identifi ed as the Oliver Hodge Memorial Educati on
63	64		Building.
64	65		B. The Office of Management and Enterprise Serv ices, in
65	66		coordination with a nonprofit organization established to recognize

92	94		and honor professionals inducted in the Oklahoma Educators Hall of
93	95		Fame, shall prominently dis play portraits and plaques of Oklahoma
94	96		Educators Hall of Fame inductees inside the Oliver Hodge Memorial
95	97		Education Building in a location which is readily accessible to the
96	98		general public. All costs for p ortraits and plaques and their
97	99		installation and preservation shall be expended by the nonprofit
98	100		organization which recognizes and honors members of the Oklahoma
99	101		Educators Hall of Fame.
100	102		SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2024.
