77	77	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
78	78	SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 52 O.S. 2021, Section 288.3, as
79	79	amended by Section 1, Chapter 251, O.S.L. 2023 (52 O.S. Supp. 2023,
80	80	Section 288.3), is amended to read as follows:
81	81	Section 288.3 There is hereby re-created until July 1, 2025
82	82	2026, the Oklahoma Energy Resources Board which s hall be subject to
83	83	the provisions of the Oklahoma Sunset Law. The purpose of the Board
84	84	is to coordinate a program desig ned to demonstrate to the general
85	85	public the importance of the Oklahoma oil and natural gas
86	86	exploration and production industry, to enco urage the wise and
87	87	efficient use of energy, to promote environmentally sound production
88	88	methods and technologies, to dev elop existing supplies of Oklahoma's
