77	77	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
78	78	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
79	79	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 230 of Title 56, unless there is
80	80	created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
81	81	There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund
82	82	for the Oklahoma Department of Commerce to be designated the
83	83	"Community Expansion of Nutrition Assistance (CENA) Revolving Fund".
84	84	The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal ye ar
85	85	limitations, and shall consist of all monies received by the
86	86	Oklahoma Department of Commerce from such funds as may be authorized
87	87	or provided by law. All monies accruing to the c redit of said fund
88	88	are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the

142	142	Expenditures from said fund shall be made upon wa rrants issued by
143	143	the State Treasurer agains t claims filed as prescribed by law with
144	144	the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Serv ices for
145	145	approval and payment .
146	146	SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2024.
147	147	SECTION 3. It being immediately n ecessary for the preservation
148	148	of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
149	149	declared to exist, by reason whereof thi s act shall take effect and
150	150	be in full force from and after its passage and appro val.
