52	62		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF T HE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
53	63		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to b e codified
54	64		in the Oklahoma Statutes as Sect ion 212 of Title 22, unless there is
55	65		created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
56	66		Prior to any raid or warrantless arrest of a citizen of the
57	67		State of Oklahoma by a special agent of the Federal Bureau of
58	68		Investigation, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobac co, Firearms and
59	69		Explosives, the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement ,
60		-	or the Internal Revenue Service, the special agent shall be required
61		-	to make contact with the sheriff of the county in which the raid or
62		-	warrantless arrest shall be executed and inform the county sheriff
