An Act relating to mental health; creating the Tulsa
Jail Mental Health Facilities Act of 2024; providing
for noncodification; and providing an effective date .
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF T HE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Tulsa Jail
Mental Health Facilities Act of 2024 ".
SECTION 2. This act shall become effec tive November 1, 2024.
