24	53		BE IT ENACTED BY THE P EOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

26	54		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
27	55		in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 339.9 of Title 19, unless there
28	56		is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:

30	57		Counties that partic ipate in a multi-county library system may,
31		-	by two-thirds (2/3) vote of all participating boards of county
32		-	commissioners, adopt the following procedure:

34		-	1. Counties participating in multi-county library systems may
	58	+	by two-thirds (2/3) vote of all participating county commissioner
	59	+	boards, adopt the following procedure:
	60	+	A. Counties participating in multi-county library systems may
35	61		request an accounting of the library system's overall budget and
36	62		estimate of needs. Each multi-county library system shall designate
37	63		the executive director or employee in charge of accounting to
38		-	produce the requested accounting or estimate of needs made under
39		-	this act; and

41		-	2. If adopted, each county shall also adopt one of the

49		-	b. the individual board of county commissioners with the
50		-	largest funding contribution to the multi-county
51		-	library system budget shall host the presentation of
