67	67	to a certain standard; prov iding for codification;

75	75	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF T HE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
76	76	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
77	77	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 7350 of Title 63, unless there
78	78	is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
79	79	As used in this act:
80	80	1. "Fully inclusive" means anyone that may require the use of a
81	81	mobility device to access or use the play ground equipment; and
82	82	2. "Travel surfaces" means the material in contact with the
83	83	ground that is used by individuals to naviga te the playground.
84	84	SECTION 2. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
85	85	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 7351 of Title 63, unless there
86	86	is created a duplicati on in numbering, reads as follows:

139	139	Oklahoma that plans to :
140	140	1. Install new playground equipment and travel surfaces; or
141	141	2. Update existing playground equipment and travel surfaces,
142	142	shall ensure that all material and equipment are fully inclusive and
143	143	accessible for adults and children of all ages .
144	144	SECTION 3. This act shall become effective November 1, 2024.
