44	49		to county assessors; providing timeframe; directing
45	50		for electronic copies wh ere feasible; providing for

52	59		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
53	60		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law t o be codified
54	61		in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 301 of Title 19, unless there is
55	62		created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
56	63		A. Cities and towns shall transmit a copy of any building
57	64		permit issued within its boundaries to the county assesso r no later
58	65		than thirty (30) days after the date of issuance.
59	66		B. Cities and towns shall provide the c ounty assessor with
60	67		electronic copies of building permits, where available and feasible.
61		-	SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2024.
