65	65	An Act relating to appropriation and budget; enacting
66	66	the Oklahoma Appropriation and Budget Act of 2024;

73	73	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
74	74	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
75	75	codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
76	76	This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Oklahoma
77	77	Appropriation and Budget Act of 2024 ".
78	78	SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2024.
79	79	SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
80	80	of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
81	81	declared to exist, by reason whereof th is act shall take effect and
82	82	be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
