An Act relating to sex offenders; creating the
Oklahoma Sex Offenders Registration Act of 20 24;
providing for noncodification; and providing an
effective date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAH OMA:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
This act shall be known and may be cited as t he "Oklahoma Sex
Offenders Registration Act of 2024".
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2024.
