An Act relating to revenue and taxation; creating the
Oklahoma Revenue and Tax Act of 202 4; providing for
noncodification; and providing a n effective date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF T HE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
This act shall be known and may be cited as th e "Oklahoma
Revenue and Tax Act of 2024 ".
SECTION 2. This act shall become e ffective November 1, 2024.
