77	77	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAH OMA:
78	78	SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 21 O.S. 2021, Section 1364, is
79	79	amended to read as follows:
80	80	Section 1364.
81	81	DISCHARGING FIREARM

83	83	A. Every person who willfully discharges any pistol, rifle,
84	84	shotgun, airgun or other weapon, or throws any o ther missile in any
85	85	public place, or in any place where there is any person to be
86	86	endangered thereby, although no injury to any person shall ensue, is
87	87	guilty of a misdemeanor.
88	88	B. Every person who willfully discharges any pistol, rifle,
89	89	shotgun, airgun or other weapon, or throws any other missile , bomb,

141	141	or explosive device in any public place, or in any place where there
142	142	is any person to be endangered thereby, which results in the death
143	143	of any person is, upon conviction, guilty of a felony punishable by
144	144	death, by imprisonment for life without parole, or by impr isonment
145	145	for life in the custody of the Department of Corrections.
146	146	C. Any person convicted of a violation of the provisions of
147	147	this section after having been issued a handgun license pursuant to
148	148	the provisions of the Oklahoma Self -Defense Act shall have the
149	149	license suspended for a period of six (6) months and shall be
150	150	subject to an administrative fine of Fifty Dollars ($50.00), revoked
151	151	upon a hearing and determination by the Oklahoma State Bureau of
152	152	Investigation that the person is in violation of the prov isions of
153	153	this section.
154	154	SECTION 2. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
155	155	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 11-903.1 of Title 47, unless
156	156	there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
157	157	Any person who drives a motor vehicle into a large crowd of
158	158	persons without regard for the safety of said persons and with the
159	159	intent to do physical harm shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a
160	160	felony punishable by death, by im prisonment for life without parole,
161	161	or by imprisonment for life in the custody of the Department of
162	162	Corrections.
