5375 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

5477 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
5578 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 2-128.3 of Title 26, unless
5679 there is created a duplication in numbe ring, reads as follows:
5780 Full-time and part-time county employees of this state may be
58-granted up to three (3) days of paid administrative leave per
59-calendar year for the purposes of serving as a precinct official,
60-absentee voting board member or other election worker author ized by
61-law, if the employee is qualified by law to serve in such position.
62-Such administrative leave shall require the written approva l of the
63-employee's appointing authority and may be paid for hours serving in
64-excess of the employee 's standard daily wage. An employee granted
