52	52	BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENT ATIVES AND THE SENATE OF THE
53	53	1ST SESSION OF THE 59TH OKLAHOMA LEGISLATURE:
54	54	SECTION 1. The Secretary of St ate shall refer to the people for
55	55	their approval or rejection, as and in the manner provided by law,
56	56	the following proposed amendment to the Constitution of the Sta te of
57	57	Oklahoma by adding a new Section 6 to Article III thereof, to read
58	58	as follows:
59	59	Section 6. This act shall be known and may be cited as the
60	60	"Oklahoma Election Reform Act of 2023 ".
61	61	SECTION 2. The Ballot Title for the proposed Constitut ional
62	62	amendment as set forth in SECTION 1 of this resolution shall be in
63	63	the following form:

92	92	THE GIST OF THE PROPOSITION IS AS FOLLOWS:
93	93	This measure adds a new section to Article 3 of the Oklahoma
94	94	Constitution. It creates the Oklahoma Elections Reform Act of
