50	50	BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AND THE SENATE OF THE
51	51	1ST SESSION OF THE 5 9TH OKLAHOMA LEGISLATURE:
52	52	SECTION 1. The Secretary of State shall refer to the people for
53	53	their approval or rejection, as and in the manner provided by law,
54	54	the following proposed amendment to the Constitution of the State of
55	55	Oklahoma by adding a new Secti on 5 to Article XXV-A thereof, to read
56	56	as follows:
57	57	Section 5. This act shall be known and may be cited as the
58	58	"Certificate of Merit Act of 2023".
59	59	SECTION 2. The Ballot Title for the proposed Constitutional
60	60	amendment as set forth in SECTIO N 1 of this resolution shall be in
