AS INTRODUCED
A Joint Resolution relating to workers' compensation;
enacting the Oklahoma Workers' Compensation Medical
Fee Policy Act of 2023.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESE NTATIVES
AND THE SENATE OF THE 1ST SESSION OF THE 59TH OKLAHOMA LEGISLATURE:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
codified in the Oklahoma Statu tes reads as follows:
This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Oklahoma
Workers' Compensation Medical Fee Policy Act of 2023 ".
