79	79	BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AND THE SENATE OF THE
80	80	2ND SESSION OF THE 59TH OKLAHOMA LEGISLATURE:
81	81	SECTION 1. The Secretary of State shall refer to the people for
82	82	their approval or rejection, as and in the manner provided by law,
83	83	the following propose d amendment to the Constitution of the State of
84	84	Oklahoma by adding a new Section 101 to Article X thereof, to read
85	85	as follows:
86	86	This measure shall be known and ma y be cited as the "Oklahoma
87	87	Property Tax Relief Policy Act of 2024 ".
