66	66	Internal Revenue Service of the United St ates;
67	67	criminalizing certain acts against a citizen of this
68	68	state; stating penalties; defining term; providing
69	69	for codification; and providing an effective date.

75	75	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF O KLAHOMA:
76	76	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
77	77	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 410 of Title 21, unless there is
78	78	created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
79	79	Any agent, representative, or employee of the Internal Revenue
80	80	Service of the United States who politically targets a citizen of
81	81	this state shall be guilty of a felony punishable by impr isonment in
82	82	the custody of the Department of Corrections not exceeding ten (10)
83	83	years, or by a fine not exceeding Ten Thousand Dollars ( $10,000.00),
84	84	or both. As used in this section, “politically target” means to
85	85	excessively scrutinize the tax filing s or conduct an audit of any
86	86	citizen of this state or to utilize the resources of the federal
