54 | 109 | revenue attributable to alcoholic beverages, food and all other | |
55 | 110 | revenues attributable to t he catering service. The annual sales | |
56 | 111 | report must be submitte d thirty (30) days prior to expi ration of the | |
57 | 112 | caterer license on forms prescribed by the ABLE Commission. The | |
58 | 113 | caterer license may not be renewed if the caterer fails to provide | |
59 | 114 | complete or sufficient financial data. | |
