73	73	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
74	74	SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 2 O.S. 2021, Section 7-414, is
75	75	amended to read as follows:
76	76	Section 7-414. A. The provisions of the Oklahoma Milk and Milk
77	77	Products Act shall not be construed to:
78	78	1. Include incidental sales of raw milk directly to c onsumers
79	79	at the farm where the milk is produced;
80	80	2. Preclude the advertising of the incidental sale of goat raw
81	81	milk; and
82	82	3. Prohibit any farmer or producer from making cheese using
83	83	milk or cream produced on the farm of such farmer or producer.
84	84	B. For purposes of this section, incidental sales of goat raw
85	85	milk are those sales where th e average monthly number of gallons
86	86	sold does not exceed one hundred (100).
