Supp. 2022, Section 4-120.11), which relates to investigation of residential addresses with high number of registered voters; decreasing number of voters registered at same address needed to cause certain investigation; and providing an effective date. BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: SECTION 1. AMENDATORY Section 1, Chapter 233, O.S.L. 2022 (26 O.S. Supp. 2022, Section 4 -120.11), is amended to read as follows: Section 4-120.11. A. No later than June 1 of each year, the State Election Board shall perform a query of the entire voter registration database to determine how many individuals are registered at the same residential address. B. If more than ten eight registered voters share a single residential address, the State Election B oard shall provide a list of said voters to the secretary of the county election board, who shall immediately notify the district attorney for that county. Upon receipt of such notif ication, the district attorney, or a member of law enforcement designated by th e district attorney, shall investigate any possible criminal violation of the law related to the voter registration. D. Provided, this section shall not apply to registered voters sharing a residential address at a facility licensed or certified by this state, if required by law, such as an assisted living facility, residential care facility, nursing home, veterans center , medical facility, multiunit housing, installations of th e Armed Forces of the United States where uniformed or overseas voters, as defi ned by the Uniformed and Overseas Citi zens Absentee Voting Act, are stationed, or other locations authorized in writing by the Secretary of the State Election Board.
