7777 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
7878 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
7979 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1024.6 of Title 21, unless there
8080 is created a duplication in n umbering, reads as follows:
8181 A. For the purposes of this act:
8282 1. “Lewd acts” means any sexual behavior imitating sex or
8383 sexual acts, groping, indecent exposure of genitalia or sexual
8484 paraphernalia, display of replicas of genitalia, sexually touching
8585 oneself or someone else, or convincing or forcing some one else to
8686 sexually touch or observe sexual behavior ; and
8787 2. “Obscene material” shall have the meaning as provided in
8888 subsection B of Section 1024.1 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes.

140140 B. No political subdivision of this state shall allow or permit
141141 a public display of lewd acts or obscene material in a public place
142142 including but not limited to parades, shows, concerts, plays, or any
143143 other activity where a minor could witness such lewd acts or obscene
144144 material. No individual shall be allowed to show lewd acts or
145145 obscene material in a public place where any other individual could
146146 witness such lewd acts or obs cene material.
147147 C. Any individual intentionally displaying lewd acts or obscene
148148 material in front of a minor shall be guilty of a felony. Any
149149 person may have a cause of action against such individual w ho
150150 intentionally commits such acts in any manner in which a minor was
151151 exposed to the lewd act or obscene material, or an individual was
152152 unwillingly exposed to the lewd act or obscene material.
153153 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2023.
