30	50		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

32	51		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codifi ed
33	52		in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1-740.20 of Title 63, unless
34	53		there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:

36	54		There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund
37	55		for the State Department of Health to be designated the “Choosing
38	56		Childbirth Revolving Fund ”. The fund shall be a continuing fund,
39	57		not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all
40	58		monies received by the Department from appropriations provided for
41	59		the purpose of funding services under the Choosing Chi ldbirth Act.
42	60		All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby
43	61		appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Department for
44	62		the purpose provided for in this section. Expenditures from the

52	93		SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2024.

54	94		SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
55	95		of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
56	96		declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
57	97		be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
