3050 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

3251 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codifi ed
3352 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1-740.20 of Title 63, unless
3453 there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:

3654 There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund
3755 for the State Department of Health to be designated the “Choosing
3856 Childbirth Revolving Fund ”. The fund shall be a continuing fund,
3957 not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all
4058 monies received by the Department from appropriations provided for
4159 the purpose of funding services under the Choosing Chi ldbirth Act.
4260 All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby
4361 appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Department for
4462 the purpose provided for in this section. Expenditures from the

5293 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2024.

5494 SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
5595 of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
5696 declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
5797 be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
