| 31 | 51 | SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified | |
| 32 | 52 | in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1026.1 of Title 56, unless there | |
| 33 | 53 | is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: | |

| 35 | 54 | There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund | |
| 36 | 55 | for the Department of Human Services to be designated the | |
| 37 | 56 | “Developmental Disability Services Revolving Fund ”. The fund shall | |
| 38 | 57 | be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitation s, and | |
| 39 | 58 | shall consist of all monies received by the Department from | |
| 40 | 59 | appropriations provided for the purpose of funding the state share | |
| 41 | 60 | of the following home- and community-based services waivers: | |

| 45 | 62 | 2. The In-Home Supports for Children Waiver; | |

| 65 | 101 | declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and | |
