2950 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

3151 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
3252 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1026.1 of Title 56, unless there
3353 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:

3554 There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund
3655 for the Department of Human Services to be designated the
3756 “Developmental Disability Services Revolving Fund ”. The fund shall
3857 be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitation s, and
3958 shall consist of all monies received by the Department from
4059 appropriations provided for the purpose of funding the state share
4160 of the following home- and community-based services waivers:

4361 1. The In-Home Supports for Adults Waiver;

4562 2. The In-Home Supports for Children Waiver;

4989 3. The Homeward Bound Waiver; and

5190 4. The Community Waiver.

5391 All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby
5492 appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Department for
5593 the purpose provided for in this section. Expenditures from the
5694 fund shall be made upon warrants issued by the State Treasurer
5795 against claims filed as prescribed by law with the Director of the
5896 Office of Management and Enterprise Services for approval and
5997 payment.

6198 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2024.

6399 SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for t he preservation
64100 of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
65101 declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
66102 be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
