28	50		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

30	51		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
31	52		in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 4258.3 of Title 74, unless there
32	53		is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:

34	54		There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund
35	55		for the Ethics Commission to be designated the “Ethics Commission
36	56		Electronic Filing System Replacement Fund ”. The fund shall be a
37	57		continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitation s, and shall
38	58		consist of all monies received by the Ethics Commission from
39	59		legislative appropriations provided for the purpose of replacing the
40	60		Ethics Commission’s electronic filing system. All monies accruing
41	61		to the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may be
42	62		budgeted and expended by the Ethics Commission for the purpose

44	90		made upon warrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims
45	91		filed as prescribed by law with the Director of the Office of
46	92		Management and Enterprise Services for approval and payment.

50	93		SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2024.

52	94		SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
53	95		of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
54	96		declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
55	97		be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
