27	48		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

29	49		SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the State Election
30	50		Board from any monies not otherwise appropriated from the General
31	51		Revenue Fund of the State Treasury for the fiscal year ending June
32	52		30, 2022, the sum of Eight Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars
33	53		($850,000.00) or so much thereof as may be necessary to conduct
34	54		elections, including the Special Election for State Question No. 820
35	55		to be held on March 7, 2023.

37	56		SECTION 2. The State Election Board is hereby authorized to
38	57		expend funds appropriated by Enrolled Senate Bill No. 1088 of the
39	58		2nd Session of the 58th Oklahoma Legislature for expenses related to
40	59		the conducting of elections, including the Special Election for
41	60		State Question No. 820 to be held on March 7, 2023.

43	87		SECTION 3. The State Election Board is hereby authorized to
44	88		deposit up to Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ( $250,000.00) from
45	89		funds appropriated to the State Election Board in Sections 50 and 51
46	90		of Enrolled Senate Bill No. 1040 of the 2nd Session of the 58th

49	91		Oklahoma Legislature into the State Question Recount Revolving Fund
50	92		created by subsection F of Section 8-111 of Title 26 of the Oklahoma
51	93		Statutes.

53	94		SECTION 4. The appropriation made by this act shall not be
54	95		subject to fiscal year limit ations and shall be available for
55	96		encumbrance and expenditure purposes for a period of thirty (30)
56	97		months from the date this act is approved.

58	98		SECTION 5. The appropriations made by this act shall not be
59	99		subject to fiscal years 2023 and 20 24 agency category and budget
60	100		limitations.

62	101		SECTION 6. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
63	102		of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is her eby
64	103		declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
65	104		be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
