2555 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

2756 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
2857 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 2 -140a of Title 47, unless there
2958 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:

3159 A. The Department of Public Safety shall establish and
3260 administer a pilot program to increase the a vailability of Advanced
3361 Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement (ARIDE) training. The purpose
3462 of this program is to increase the number of peace offi cers
3563 qualified to conduct certain drug -impairment screening tests during
3664 impaired driving investigations.
