25 | 48 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: | |

27 | 49 | SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the Oklahoma Tourism | |
28 | 50 | and Recreation Department from any monies not otherwise appropriated | |
29 | 51 | from the Oklahoma Capital Assets Maintenance and Protection Fund of | |
30 | 52 | the State Treasury, the sum of Twelve Million Five Hundred Thousand | |
31 | 53 | Dollars ($12,500,000.00) or so much thereof as may be necessary to | |
32 | 54 | perform the duties imposed upon the Department by law. | |

34 | 55 | SECTION 2. The funds appropr iated pursuant to Section 1 of this | |
35 | 56 | act shall be expended on properties within the state park system | |
36 | 57 | pursuant to a plan submitted by the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation | |
37 | 58 | Department not later than May 31, 2024, to the Chair of the | |
