25	48		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

27	49		SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the Oklahoma Tourism
28	50		and Recreation Department from any monies not otherwise appropriated
29	51		from the Oklahoma Capital Assets Maintenance and Protection Fund of
30	52		the State Treasury, the sum of Twelve Million Five Hundred Thousand
31	53		Dollars ($12,500,000.00) or so much thereof as may be necessary to
32	54		perform the duties imposed upon the Department by law.

34	55		SECTION 2. The funds appropr iated pursuant to Section 1 of this
35	56		act shall be expended on properties within the state park system
36	57		pursuant to a plan submitted by the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation
37	58		Department not later than May 31, 2024, to the Chair of the
38	59		Appropriations Committee of the Oklahoma State Senate and the Chair
39	60		of the Appropriations and Budget Committee of the Oklahoma House of
40	61		Representatives.
