79	79	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
80	80	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
81	81	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 6021 of Title 59, unless there
82	82	is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
83	83	A. All licensing boards of this state that license health care
84	84	providers or behavioral health providers including, but not limited
85	85	to, the following shall utilize the web-based platform described in
86	86	subsection B of this section for application and renewal of
87	87	professional licenses :
88	88	1. The Board of Podiatric Medical Examiners ;
89	89	2. The Board of Chiropractic Examiners ;

142	142	4. The State Board of Pharmacy;

146	146	8. The State Board of Osteopathic Examiner s;
147	147	9. The State Board of Examiner s of Psychologists;
148	148	10. The Board of Examiners for Speech -Language Pathology and
149	149	Audiology;
150	150	11. The Oklahoma Board of Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor s;
151	151	and
152	152	12. The State Board of Behavioral Health Licensure .
153	153	B. Service Oklahoma shall select the singular web -based
154	154	platform for licensing of health care providers and behavioral
155	155	health providers in accordance with the Oklahoma Central Purchasing
156	156	Act and shall host the platform on its website.
157	157	C. Service Oklahoma and a ll licensing boards of this state that
158	158	license health care providers or behavioral health providers
159	159	including, but not limited to, those listed in subsection A of this
160	160	section shall enter into interagency agreements to implement the
161	161	provisions of this section.
162	162	D. Nothing in this section shall be construed to:
163	163	1. Remove, abrogate, reduce, or otherwise affect any power or
164	164	duty of a licensing board to establish or enforce licensure

217	217	or procedures, or to exercise any other power or duty of the
218	218	licensing board provided by law ; or
219	219	2. Confer to Service Oklahoma any power or duty of a licensing
220	220	board provided by law including, but not limited to, those described
221	221	in paragraph 1 of this section. The sole function of Service
222	222	Oklahoma under this section shall be to select and host the web -
223	223	based platform as provided by s ubsection B of this section.
224	224	E. The Executive Director of Service Oklahoma and all licensing
225	225	boards covered under this section may promulgate rules as necessary
226	226	to implement the provisions of this section.
227	227	SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2024.
