	65	+	An Act relating to the Oklahoma Farmed Cervidae Act;

	68	+	conditions; prohibiting certain facilities from
	69	+	receiving reimbursement; providing for promulgation
	70	+	of rules; providing for codification; and providing

47	77		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
48	78		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
49	79		in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 6-517 of Title 2, unless there
50	80		is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
51	81		A. An owner or operator of a licensed farmed cervidae facility
52	82		may receive reimbursement from the Oklahoma Department of
53	83		Agriculture, Food, and Forestry for disposals required by Section 6-
54	84		503 of Title 2 of the Oklahoma Statutes . Such reimbursement shall
55	85		not exceed twenty-five percent (25%) of the value of the cervidae
56	86		disposed by the order.
57	87		B. An order for disposal by a licensed farmed cervidae facility
58	88		under the provisions of Section 6 -515 of Title 2 of th e Oklahoma
59		-	Statutes shall not be eligible for the reimbursement provided in
60		-	this section.
