79	79	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
80	80	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
81	81	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 6021.1 of Title 59, unless there
82	82	is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
83	83	A. All licensing boards of this state providing licensing for
84	84	professional occupations including, but not limited to, the
85	85	following shall utilize the web-based platform described in
86	86	subsection B of this section for application and renewal of
87	87	professional licenses :
88	88	1. The Oklahoma Accountancy Board;

146	146	6. The State Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners;
147	147	7. The Oklahoma Real Estate Commission;
148	148	8. The Real Estate Appraiser Board;
149	149	9. The Construction Industries Board ;
150	150	10. The Oklahoma Uniform Building Cod e Commission;
151	151	11. The Oklahoma Inspector Examiners Committee ; and
152	152	12. The Alarm, Locksmith and Fire Sprinkler Industry Committee .
153	153	B. Service Oklahoma shall select the singula r web-based
154	154	platform for licensing of professional occupations in accordance
155	155	with the Oklahoma Central Purchasing Act and shall host the platform
156	156	on its website.
157	157	C. Service Oklahoma and a ll licensing boards of this state
158	158	providing licensing for professional occupations including, but not
159	159	limited to, those listed in subsection A of t his section shall enter
160	160	into interagency agreements to implement the provisions of this
161	161	section.
162	162	D. Nothing in this section shall be construed to:

214	214	1. Remove, abrogate, reduce, or otherwise affect any power or
215	215	duty of a licensing board to establish or enforce licensure
216	216	qualifications, examination requirements , or disciplinary standards
217	217	or procedures, or to exercise any other power or duty of the
218	218	licensing board prov ided by law; or
219	219	2. Confer to Service Oklahoma any power or duty of a licensing
220	220	board provided by law including, but not limited to, those described
221	221	in paragraph 1 of this subsection. The sole function of Service
222	222	Oklahoma under this section shall be to select and host the web-
223	223	based platform as provided by subsection B of this section.
224	224	E. The Executive Director of Service Oklahoma and all licensing
225	225	boards covered under this section may promulgate rules as necessary
226	226	to implement the provisions of this section .
227	227	SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2024.
