| 44 | 47 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: | |
| 45 | 48 | SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the State Department | |
| 46 | 49 | of Health from any monies not otherwise appropriated from the | |
| 47 | 50 | General Revenue Fund of the State Treasury for the fiscal year | |
| 48 | 51 | ending June 30, 2025, the sum of One Million Dollars ( $1,000,000.00) | |
| 49 | 52 | or so much thereof as may be necessary to provide additional funding | |
| 50 | 53 | for statewide perinatal resources, quality initiatives, and | |
| 51 | 54 | educational programming for the residents of Oklahoma. | |
| 52 | 55 | SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2024. | |
| 53 | 56 | SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation | |
| 54 | 57 | of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby | |
| 55 | 58 | declared to exist, by reason whereof thi s act shall take effect and | |
