BILL NO. 1481 By: Floyd of the Senate
and
Boatman of the House
An Act relating to the District Attorneys Council;
making appropriation s; stating purposes; and
declaring an emergency.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE O F OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the District
Attorneys Council from any monies not otherwise appropriated from
the General Revenue Fund of the State Treasury for the fiscal year
ending June 30, 2023, the sum of One M illion Four Hundred Fifty
Thousand Dollars ($1,450,000.00) or so much there of as may be
necessary to implement the provisions of Enrolled House Bill No.
2236 of the 1st Session of the 59th Legislature.
SECTION 2. There is hereby appropr iated to the District
Attorneys Council from any monies not otherwise appropriated from
the General Revenue Fund of the State Treasury for the fiscal year
ending June 30, 2025, the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand
Dollars ($2,500,000.00) or so much thereof as may be necessary to
implement the provisions of Enrolled House Bill No. 2236 of the 1st
Session of the 59th Oklahoma Legislature.

SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
of the public peace, health or s afety, an emergency is hereby
declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
