| 47 | 46 | | SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 23 O.S. 2021, Section 61, is |

| 49 | 48 | | Section 61. A. For the breach of an obligation not arising |

| 50 | 49 | | from contract, the measure of dama ges, except where otherwise |

| 52 | 51 | | compensate for all detriment proximately caused thereby, whether it |
