2755 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

2956 SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 58 O.S. 2021, Section 102, is
3057 amended to read as follows:

3258 Section 102. No person is competent to serve as executor who at
3359 the time the will is admitted to probate is :

3761 2. Convicted of an infamous a crime. that causes the court to
