27	55		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

29	56		SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 58 O.S. 2021, Section 102, is
30	57		amended to read as follows:

32	58		Section 102. No person is competent to serve as executor who at
33	59		the time the will is admitted to probate is :
34		-
35	60		1. Under the age of majority .;
36		-
37	61		2. Convicted of an infamous a crime. that causes the court to
38	62		determine that the person should not be entrusted with the fiduciary
39	63		duties of an executo r; or

45	94		SECTION 2. AMENDATORY 58 O.S. 2021, Section 126, is
46	95		amended to read as follows:

51	97		or administratrix, who, when appointed, is:
