| 76 | 76 | SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section o f law to be codified | |

| 80 | 80 | in the First Regular Session of the Sixtieth Oklahoma Legislature in | |
| 81 | 81 | 2025, and for each legislati ve session thereafter, whether regular | |
| 82 | 82 | or extraordinary, all statutes, whether to be codified as new law, | |
| 83 | 83 | or amendments to then current law, shall be prepared using gender | |
| 84 | 84 | neutral terms. | |
