26 | 55 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: | |

28 | 56 | SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 59 O.S. 2021, Section 1354, is | |
29 | 57 | amended to read as follows: | |

31 | 58 | Section 1354. There is hereby re-created, to continue until | |
32 | 59 | July 1, 2023 July 1, 2025, pursuant to the provisions of the | |
33 | 60 | Oklahoma Sunset Law, the S tate Board of Examiners of Psychologists. | |
34 | 61 | The Board shall administer the provisions of the Psychologists | |
35 | 62 | Licensing Act. The Board shall consist of seven (7) members | |
36 | 63 | appointed by the Governor. Five me mbers shall be psychologists from | |
37 | 64 | various areas in psy chology and two members shall be lay persons. | |
