65	65	An Act relating to public water supplies; prohibiting
66	66	certain political subdivisions or public and private
67	67	businesses from fluoridating a public water supply;
68	68	directing the Department of Environmental Quality to
69	69	promulgate rules; providing for codification; and

75	75	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OK LAHOMA:
76	76	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
77	77	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 2-6-311 of Title 27A, unless
78	78	there is created a duplication in numb ering, reads as follows:
79	79	Every county, municipality, city, town, s chool, or political
80	80	subdivision thereof, or public or private business operating in the
81	81	state is hereby prohibited from introducing or depositing fluoride
82	82	or any chemical containing fluoride into a public wat er supply. The
83	83	Department of Environmental Qual ity shall promulgate rules to
84	84	effectuate the provis ions of this section.
85	85	SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary for th e preservation
86	86	of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is h ereby
