81	81	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
82	82	SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 26 O.S. 20 21, Section 4-102, is
83	83	amended to read as follows:
84	84	Section 4-102. A. No person shall be permitted to vote in any
85	85	election conducted by any county election board unless such person
86	86	is a registered voter, unless otherwise provided by law.
87	87	B. Beginning with the 2025 election cycle , all eligible voters
88	88	shall reregister to vote and provide proof of United States
89	89	citizenship and proo f of current residence to the appropriate county

143	143	C. Any voter who fails to reregister pursuant to subsection B
144	144	of this section but who meets the requirements set forth in the
145	145	National Voter Registration Act of 1993, shall be placed on a
146	146	Federal Election Only list and shall not be eligible to vote in any
147	147	local or state election.
148	148	D. As used in this secti on, “proof of United States
149	149	citizenship” means one of the following documents:
150	150	1. An original birth document issue d by a state, the District
151	151	of Columbia, or any commonwealth or territory of the United States
152	152	or a certified copy th ereof;
153	153	2. An original birth certificate issued by the federal
154	154	government or a certified copy thereof;
155	155	3. An original Consular Report of Birth Abroad or certified
156	156	copy thereof;
157	157	4. An original Certificate of Citizenship (Form N -560 or N-561)
158	158	or certified copy thereof;
159	159	5. An original Certificate of Naturalization ( Form N-550, N-570
160	160	or N-578) or certified copy thereof ; or
161	161	6. A valid United States passport.
162	162	Copies of such documents shall be made by the appropr iate county
163	163	election board and kept available for public inspection pursuant to
164	164	the Oklahoma Open Records Act.
