77	77	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
78	78	SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 29 O.S. 2021, Section 5 -409, is
79	79	amended to read as follows:
80	80	Section 5-409. A. Except as otherwise provided by law, no
81	81	person shall bag or possess more than two (2) days ’ limit of
82	82	squirrels after the second day ’s hunt. Season dates and bag Bag
83	83	limits shall be set by the Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation
84	84	Commission.
85	85	B. The hunting or harvesting of squirrels may occur year-round.
86	86	C. No person may cut down or remove a tree being used as a den
87	87	or nest by squirrels unless specific permission fo r such cutting or
88	88	removal has been given by the owner or lessee of the land.
