| 73 | 73 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: | |
| 74 | 74 | SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the State Department | |
| 75 | 75 | of Health from any monies not otherwise a ppropriated from the | |
| 76 | 76 | General Revenue Fund of the State Treasury for the fiscal year | |
| 77 | 77 | ending June 30, 2025, the sum of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) | |
| 78 | 78 | or so much thereof as may be necessary to provide additional funding | |
| 79 | 79 | for maternal health services for the residents of this state. | |
| 80 | 80 | SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2024. | |
| 81 | 81 | SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation | |
| 82 | 82 | of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby | |
| 83 | 83 | declared to exist, by reason whereof thi s act shall take effec t and | |
