7575 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
7676 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
7777 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Secti on 9301 of Title 74, unless there
7878 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
7979 A. The Legislature, a state entity, or political subdivision
8080 shall not enact any law, rule, or ordinance to require any vehicle
8181 to install a car kill switch in this state.
8282 B. As used in this section, “car kill switch” means any of the
8383 following:
8484 1. Fuel line shutoff valves;
8585 2. Car battery disconnect switches;
8686 3. Remote control car batter y switches;
8787 4. Fuse box kill switches; or
