75	75	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
76	76	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
77	77	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Secti on 9301 of Title 74, unless there
78	78	is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
79	79	A. The Legislature, a state entity, or political subdivision
80	80	shall not enact any law, rule, or ordinance to require any vehicle
81	81	to install a car kill switch in this state.
82	82	B. As used in this section, “car kill switch” means any of the
83	83	following:
84	84	1. Fuel line shutoff valves;
85	85	2. Car battery disconnect switches;
86	86	3. Remote control car batter y switches;
87	87	4. Fuse box kill switches; or
