7171 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
7272 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section o f law to be codified
7373 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Secti on 3001 of Title 25, unless there
7474 is created a duplication in numb ering, reads as follows:
7575 The use of a 3D laser cutting machine, 3D printer, or additive
7676 manufacturing device including, but not limited to, the software,
7777 technology, equipment, mechanical systems, or filament, shall not be
7878 prohibited by this state or any political subdivision of this state.
7979 The rights of individuals in Oklah oma to use of a 3D laser cutting
8080 machine, 3D printer, or additive manufacturing device shall be
8181 protected in this state.
8282 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2024.
