77	77	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
78	78	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A n ew section of law to be codified
79	79	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 5-401.1 of Title 29, unless
80	80	there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
81	81	A. Pursuant to Section 5-401 of Title 29 of the Oklahoma
82	82	Statutes, the Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation Commission sha ll limit
83	83	a person licensed to hunt and harvest whitetail deer in this state
84	84	to bag or possess no more than one (1) antlered whitetail deer per
85	85	open season.
86	86	B. The provisions of this section shall not apply to persons
87	87	licensed to hunt and harvest whitetail deer in a commercial hunting
88	88	area.
