141 | 231 | be an accredited facility by the ap propriate entity; | |

144 | 233 | by a dentist for the pra ctice of dentistry, which may be composed of | |
145 | 234 | reception rooms, business offices, private offices, laboratories, | |

197 | 330 | 20. “Direct supervision” means the supervisory dentist is in | |

201 | 334 | hygienist, dental assistant, or oral maxillofacial surgery | |

284 | 483 | States Internal Revenue Code, the church or religious o rganization | |
285 | 484 | with which it is affiliated is clearly indicated on the exterior of | |
286 | 485 | the volunteer mobile dental facility, and such facility does not | |
287 | 486 | receive any form of payment either directly or indirectly for work | |
288 | 487 | provided to patients other than donations th rough the affiliated | |
289 | 488 | church or religious organization; provided, that the volunteer | |
290 | 489 | mobile dental facility shall be exempt from any registration fee | |
291 | 490 | required under the State Dental Act; | |
