75	75	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
76	76	SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 29 O.S. 2021, Section 4 -121, is
77	77	amended to read as follows:
78	78	Section 4-121. A. Except as otherwise provided in this title
79	79	or in the Oklahoma Farmed Cervidae Act , no person may breed or raise
80	80	wildlife for personal consumption or noncommercial purposes without
81	81	having first procured a license from the Director.
82	82	B. Licenses may be issued to any person that lawfully obtains
83	83	wildlife, acts in good faith and adheres to the laws of the State of
84	84	Oklahoma.
85	85	C. All licenses issued pursuant to this section shall expire on
86	86	June 30 of each year.

139	139	raising quail for personal consumption or noncommercial purposes,
140	140	which may include for hobby, education or scientific purposes, or
141	141	release on private property.
142	142	SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2024.
