7777 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
7878 SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 26 O.S. 2021, Section 4-115.2, as
7979 amended by Section 2, Chapter 147, O.S.L. 2023 (26 O.S. Supp. 2023,
8080 Section 4-115.2), is amended to read as follows:
8181 Section 4-115.2. A. 1. The Secretary of the State Election
8282 Board is authorized to promulgate rules to ke ep confidential the
8383 residence and mailing address, upon application to do so, of
8484 individual registered voters who are members of ce rtain classes as
8585 described in paragraph 2 of this sub section.
8686 2. Classes shall be limited to the judiciary, d istrict
8787 attorneys, assistant distr ict attorneys, public defenders, attorneys
8888 employed by the Oklahoma Indigent De fense System, Uniformed Services

140140 members, law enforcem ent personnel and the immedi ate family of law
141141 enforcement personnel, correct ional officers, the secretary,
142142 assistant secretary, employees, and members of a county elec tion
143143 board or the State Election Board , persons who are protected by
144144 victim’s protection orders, the spouses and depe ndents of the
145145 members of such classes, and persons who are certified by t he
146146 Secretary of State as participants in the Address Confidentiali ty
147147 Program established b y Section 60.14 of Title 22 of the Oklahoma
148148 Statutes.
149149 3. Such address information shall be p rovided to a candidate or
150150 candidate representative or other lawful author ity in anticipation
151151 or as part of a contest of candidacy or contes t of an election as
152152 provided for in this title or as part of a petition chal lenge as
153153 provided by law. However, no in formation concerning the address of
154154 a certified Address Confidentiality P rogram participant shall be
155155 released by election officials to any person for any purpose exce pt
156156 under court order.
157157 B. As used in this section, “immediate family of law
158158 enforcement personnel” means a spouse, child by birth or adoption,
159159 stepchild or parent living at the same residence as the law
160160 enforcement personnel.
161161 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2024.
