77	77	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
78	78	SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 26 O.S. 2021, Section 4-115.2, as
79	79	amended by Section 2, Chapter 147, O.S.L. 2023 (26 O.S. Supp. 2023,
80	80	Section 4-115.2), is amended to read as follows:
81	81	Section 4-115.2. A. 1. The Secretary of the State Election
82	82	Board is authorized to promulgate rules to ke ep confidential the
83	83	residence and mailing address, upon application to do so, of
84	84	individual registered voters who are members of ce rtain classes as
85	85	described in paragraph 2 of this sub section.
86	86	2. Classes shall be limited to the judiciary, d istrict
87	87	attorneys, assistant distr ict attorneys, public defenders, attorneys
88	88	employed by the Oklahoma Indigent De fense System, Uniformed Services

140	140	members, law enforcem ent personnel and the immedi ate family of law
141	141	enforcement personnel, correct ional officers, the secretary,
142	142	assistant secretary, employees, and members of a county elec tion
143	143	board or the State Election Board , persons who are protected by
144	144	victim’s protection orders, the spouses and depe ndents of the
145	145	members of such classes, and persons who are certified by t he
146	146	Secretary of State as participants in the Address Confidentiali ty
147	147	Program established b y Section 60.14 of Title 22 of the Oklahoma
148	148	Statutes.
149	149	3. Such address information shall be p rovided to a candidate or
150	150	candidate representative or other lawful author ity in anticipation
151	151	or as part of a contest of candidacy or contes t of an election as
152	152	provided for in this title or as part of a petition chal lenge as
153	153	provided by law. However, no in formation concerning the address of
154	154	a certified Address Confidentiality P rogram participant shall be
155	155	released by election officials to any person for any purpose exce pt
156	156	under court order.
157	157	B. As used in this section, “immediate family of law
158	158	enforcement personnel” means a spouse, child by birth or adoption,
159	159	stepchild or parent living at the same residence as the law
160	160	enforcement personnel.
161	161	SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2024.
