45	77		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
46	78		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
47	79		in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 193 of Title 12, unless there is
48	80		created a duplication in numb ering, reads as follows:
49	81		As soon as any civil case is at issue, the court shall schedule
50	82		any conference it deems appropriate and enter a scheduling order
51	83		which establishes to the extent feasible, the time:
52	84		1. To join other parties and to amend the pleadings;
53	85		2. To file and hear moti ons;
54	86		3. To complete discovery pursuant to Section 3226 of Title 12
55	87		of the Oklahoma Statutes;
56	88		4. To have a medical examination o f a party;
57		-	5. For conferences before trial, a pretrial conference, and
58		-	trial;
59		-	6. To file proposed findings of fact and co nclusions of law;

94	150		SECTION 2. This act shall be come effective November 1, 2024.
